Mrs. Amritaa Dutta(Roy)

Mrs. Amritaa Dutta (Roy) is presently working at Haldia Law College, affiliated under Vidyasagar University as an Assistant Professor of Law since September, 2014. She had completed B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from S.K. Acharya Institute of Law under University of Kalyani in the academic session 2006-2011 and LL.M. with specialisation in Business Law from Haldia Law College under Vidyasagar University in the academic session 2011-2013. She has also done a Three months Course from Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi on Intellectual Property Rights in the year 2013. Presently Mrs. Dutta (Roy) is pursuing Ph.D. at Department of Law, University of Burdwan. Her area of interest includes Evidence Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Constitutional Law, Human Rights.
