For 2-Year LL.M. Degree Course, the College has got the Autonomy from Vidyasagar University to organize and conduct the semester examinations and other administrative and examination matters.

Post Graduate Degree of Law course will provide an opportunity to the students to hone their academic skills and capabilities. A LL.M. degree holder, after clearing NET/SET Examination, becomes eligible for the post of Assistant Professor in Law.
Eligibility for Admission :
Two Year LL.M. Course: A candidate aspiring to get admission for the LL.M. Course of the College is required to have passed the B.A.LL.B. or LL.B. with not less than 50% marks for General Students and 45% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC students.
Duation of Course:
The duration of Post Graduate Degree of Law course shall be of two years comprising of 4 (four) semesters.
Attendence :
No student shall be allowed to take the end semester written examination if the student has not secured minimum 70% of attendance held in the subject concerned as also moot court exercises, practical training etc. taken together.
Curriculum :
The subjects and papers for the course shall be prescribed by the Vidyasagar University from time to time, in accordance with the Rules of the Bar Council of India.
