Mr. Abdul Jabbar Haque

Mr. Abdul Jabbar Haque has done his B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. (with specialization in Environmental Law) from Haldia Law College, affiliated under Vidyasagar University. He practised as an Advocate at Calcutta High Court. Before joining the present Institute, he had served as an Assistant Professor in Law at Mohammad Abdul Bari Institute of Juridical Science, Domkal, Murshidabad. He has joined Haldia Law College as an Assistant Professor in Law in the month of November, 2014. He has many publications to his credit in several UGC CARE Listed Journals, as well as in Nationally and Internationally acclaimed Peer Reviewed Journals.  Mr. Haque has also contributed several book chapters in many edited books. He has presented several papers in International and National Seminars and Conferences held across the country. His area of interest includes Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, Insurance Law, Labour Law, Banking Law, Human Rights Law, Family Law, Women and Children Law, etc.
